How do I start?

Call 734-4688 and talk to the Access Worker who will assess the nature and severity of the problem. If you qualify for services you will be assigned to a therapist for a detailed assessment. After an assessment has been completed, program services will be assigned as needed. If you do not qualify for services, our staff will attempt to make refferals to other resources.

We are located at 1909 Commerce Avenue. NW Cullman, Alabama just East of the intersection of I-65 and Hwy 157, between McDonalds and the BP station. Mental Healthcare of Cullman is on the right, past the Best Western Inn.
